I'm Vanessa and I'm here to help you move your body better so you can feel better while doing all the activities you need to do and love to do!
I help women, of all ages and life stages, move their whole body well in order to optimize function in the core and pelvic floor. My movement programs help you gain strength, confidence, and freedom in your movements. You'll curiously explore your body awareness and movement patterns. You'll gain the tools and strategies necessary to feel and be supported during exercise and throughout your everyday. Most importantly, you'll learn to trust your body and all that it does for you.

I also personally struggled with chronic low back pain, leak pee, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), and postpartum core instability. And I've since retrained my core and pelvic floor to be reflexive and supportive to my body. I've decreased my abdominal separation and minimized my leak pee and back pain. I'm able to do the activities I love again!
